The thing we love about Miami is that it’s always in flux. Nowhere is this more evident than Downtown. Every day the city presents you with new options. New faces, new places. New temptations. Take what you like and leave the rest behind. At Grand Station, a new rental building, you literally occupy the exact center of Downtown–at the nexus of everything that makes it such a thrilling place to be. It was a no brainer to introduce fun typography, bright colors, and clever phrases to bring life to this youthful project.
