Creating a distinctive identity for Turnberry Ocean Club Residences, a luxury condominium located in the highly sought Sunny Isles Beach, was no easy task. Using a dark royal blue yet contrasting it with the beige and rose gold, gave that elevated look Turnberry is all about. The bits of greenery sprinkled throughout the collateral pieces gives this project the perfect touch of personality that was inspired by the gardens on the property.
Along with the initial rebranding, a launch campaign featuring the Turnberry Legendary Service®, shows this concept in action, subtly enhancing daily life, moment by moment. A degree of whimsy and a nod to the surreal elevate the ads above the literal, while supporting the brand promise of an ‘Uncommon Life’.
